Basics of connecting using VDJ

STEP 1:
To configure your Virtual DJ please click on Settings, select the "Broadcast" tab and click on "Radio Server", that will take you to the page where you will input the information you received in after purchasing a stream from us to connect to the server.
STEP 2:
Once there select the type of radio system (the protocal) you are using (majority use Shoutcast), the broadcasting quality is the bitrate at which you will be streaming at, the default value is of 128 kbps, which you can change based on the plan you purchased with us and what your ISP can handle.
In the Server URL you will input the streaming address that you will receive from us after you have made a purchase of a stream along with the Server Port and streaming password. The server URL is usually the server IP address.
Once all that has been put in, we can move on to the station information. This is also very important. You cannot leave the "Session Name" and "Session Genre" blank or your VDJ will not connect. Most use their DJ name in the session name space and in the session genre they put in the type of music they will be playing.
STEP 3:
That's it. That is the basics. You just hit broad cast and tada, it should connect.
